Biorigin presents at SHIFT 20 in its virtual booth natural ingredients based on fermentation for many of today´s label and formulations challenges including salt & sugar reduction, vegan & vegetarian recipes and clean label initiatives, such as Natural, NON GMO, Healthy and Sustainable.

This uncertainty moment, stablished by Covid-19, reinforce the consumers vision when talk about food. “Current market trends shows that consumers are increasingly aware what they eat and drink. Taking care of their own diet and health, they check labels and at the same time, they are willing to moving out their comfort zones to explore bolder flavours and multisensory food experiences, seeking for pleasant food and beverages experiences without give up of taste, texture, quality, health and well-being”, says Renata Calonego, Biorigin Global Strategic Marketing Manager.

The company invites SHIFT visitors to discovery the effect of its ingredients in a range of recipes. Maria Helena Manhão Branco, Biorigin´s Global Food Application Specialist, will host 2 webinars: one focused on solutions to plant-based recipes and another on sodium & sugar reduction. The webinars will be held on July 13 and 14 at 3:00 pm respectively.
